Dear Parents,
Re: Closure of the Breakfast Club and the After School Club
We write to give you notice the after consultation with the Local Authority, parents, unions, and governors, the above clubs will be closing. Unfortunately, there has been a significant decline in the number of children who attend the clubs and they are no longer financially viable.
We apologise if this causes parents any inconvenience. We wanted to give you an appropriate period of notice so that you may make alternative arrangements if needed.
The final day for the Breakfast Club will be Friday 22nd December 2017.
The final day for the After School Club will be Thursday 21st December 2017.
